Access management

Set who can see the app, publish it to your company through review, and invite users.

Once your app exists, you decide who can see it. AxHub manages access three ways — visibility, publishing review, and user invites. A new app starts visible to you only.

Three visibility levels

Set the visibility in the app console.

VisibilityWho can see it
PrivateThe owner and admins only
Invite-onlyOnly users you invite
PublicThe whole company — shown in the store

Public is not public to the whole internet. It's visible within your company (tenant) only. People outside can't access it.

Publish to your company (review)

To move from private to invite-only or public, you first pass an admin review.

1

Request publishing

App console → Store publishing → Request. Add a note to the reviewer if you like (optional).
2

Wait for review

The status moves Not submitted → In review → Approved/Rejected. If rejected, you can resubmit.
3

Switch visibility

Once approved, you can switch to invite-only or public. Switching to public lists it in the store.

Before approval, the invite-only and public options are disabled (a "switch after approval" note shows). Once you pass review, you can change visibility freely from then on.

Invite users

An invite-only app is reachable only by people you invite. Invite them in App console → Users tab.

  • You can invite when the app is running (deployed) and visibility is invite-only.
  • Otherwise (in development, or private), the only user is yourself.
  • You can also remove access from the same tab. To re-add someone, invite them again.

Operating status

The operating status shown in lists and the console is computed automatically from the values above (you don't set it).

RunningApproved and shared (invite-only/public)
In developmentBefore/during/after-rejected review, or approved but still private
